How to use a Press Brake to bend non - 90 degree parts

The bending Angle of the hydraulic press brake is controlled by the distance of the lower die and slider. How to use the CNC bending machine to bend different angles, in fact, not every Angle to make a mold. As shown in Figure 1, upper and lower 90 degree moulds can be used uniformly above 90 degree angles.

90 degrees to 30 degrees, the upper die will use a 30 degree knife die, at the same time, the lower die also need to cut a 30 degree slot (Figure 2).

If your system is an older system, Bending these angles is a rule of thumb, and the debug angle should be used slowly in single steps. If the cnc bending press brake  machine has a digital display such as E21, remember the number of the Y-axis slider falling distance of each Angle digital display and adjust to the corresponding Angle number next time. If you are using a more advanced system such as DA-53T. You can input the Angle directly, and the system will automatically calculate the required Y value. Of course, this Y value is also theoretical, the rebound of different boards is not the same, the final need to set compensation according to the actual rebound amount.
