Pure Electric Press Brake compared with Ordinary Press Brake

First of all, the pure electric bending machine is different from the torsional shaft and electro-hydraulic series. It completely relies on electric energy to work. Compared with the other two, it does not need a huge oil tank and motor as well as a complex oil circuit system. Bending action is controlled by high precision servo motor. The slider of the general bending machine is controlled by the cylinder, and the sliding speed is limited. Of course, the above quality performance also increases the maintenance cost of pure electric bending machine. At the same time, relatively large pressure bending machine, servo motor power will be very large, the price will be very expensive. Therefore, pure electric bending machine is generally aimed at the thin plate with high dimensional accuracy. So in most cases, you will choose the electro-hydraulic bending machine.
