The Operation of the Ironworker Machine

Prepare before booting

c. The gap between the punch and the die hole wall should be uniform and meet the punching and shear requirements, and the minimum configuration of the punch should slightly exceed the die hole plane.

d. The ironworker equipment is electrically insulated and well-grounded.

Operation instruction steps and specifications

1) Instructions of ironworker machine

a. The operator must understand the ironworker equipment performance of the combined punching and shearing machine, electrical common sense and proficiency in the operating procedures, and must be in charge of a special person, and can only take up the post after training.

b. Check the power supply. All the control operation switches are intact, the footswitch is not off-line, open the combined punching and shearing machine wiring cabinet to send power and close the cabinet door.

c. Check whether the emergency stop switch can work after checking the empty car after power-on. After confirming that it is normal, it can be produced.

d. When working, pay attention to turn off the power every time the mold is changed.

e. Turn off the switch after finishing the work, turn off the main power switch, and clean up debris.

2) Operation steps of hydraulic ironworker

a. Check the power supply, the voltage is stable, there is no lack of phase, and the leakage protector and air switch are intact.

b. Wiring, open the wiring cabinet of the combined punching and shearing machine, connect the wires, and close the cabinet door.

c. Step on the footswitch after power on, the hydraulic ironworker machine does not move, swap the power cords, and check whether the emergency stop switch is turned on.

d. Connect the foot pedal switch.

e. When working, pay attention to turn off the power every time you change the mold while working.

f. Turn off the switch after finishing the work, turn off the main power switch, skim off the power cord, and clean up debris.

f. The operator must stop when leaving the machine tool, and when driving again, check that the original position of the handle of each part should not change.

g. It is forbidden to cut laminated sheets, trim the edges of raw-edged sheets, or cut narrow sheets and short sheets that are not tightly compressed.

h. When two or more people work together, there must be one person in command and the same actions.

i. When feeding people, the fingers must be 200mm away from the knife-edge, and special tools must be used for small pieces;

j. The operator must concentrate, and it is strictly forbidden to hit the car.

k. Do not feed on the opposite side of the joystick.

4) Maintenance rules

a. Operate strictly in accordance with the operating procedures. 

b. Add lubricating oil according to the requirements of the lubrication chart every time before starting the machine. The oil should be clean and free of precipitation.

c. The punching and shearing machine must always be kept clean, and the unpainted part must be anti-rust grease.

d. The lubricating oil in the motor bearings should be replaced and refilled regularly, and the electrical parts should be regularly checked for normal, safe, and reliable operation.

e. In the shop, check whether the triangle belt, handle, knob, and buttons of the shearing machine are damaged. If they are severely worn, they should be replaced in time, and the spare parts should be added.

f. Regularly check and repair switches, insurances, and handles to ensure reliable operation.

g. Lubricate and scrub the machine tool 10 minutes before getting off work every day.
