How to solve the material not fall down of Shredding machine

A shredding machine is to use the moving blade and stationary blade to shear closed effect, making the materials are cut into the machine cavity. In this process, the gap between the blades is removed by shearing, and the material greater than this gap, upward bounce while under the effects of internal blade rolling again and again, again into the blade cut area for further shredding.

If the shredding material blockage or no falling down material. First of all, it may be that too little material enters the machine chamber, as shown in Figure 1. If the material in the machine chamber is too light, it will roll upward due to the rotation of the blade, so that it cannot be chopped and the shredding machine will not be cut. The solution is: continue to add materials to increase the upper pressure.

For large shredding machine, generally need to cooperate with the feeding belt conveyor, in production according to the actual material to adjust the speed of the discharge device, to avoid the discharge speed is too slow caused by the bottom blockage.

According to their material size and thickness to choose the appropriate model. For example, if the object with hard material is used with single axis shredding, the power is not enough to cause the shredding, and even the rotating shaft of the blade will be stuck. Therefore, when shredding such items, it is necessary to choose a double motor shredding machine, and use more power to complete.
