The Principle of Shearing Machine for Sale

1. Main Frame

Make sure the clamps have enough strength to counter the shearing blade during cuts so that you don’t get any tip. 5. Blades
The cutting (or shearing) blades are typically tool steel and are hardened for wear resistance and ground for sharpness. They are mounted on the upper moving ram and the lower fixed bed and gapped usually just a few thousandths of an inch apart.  The blades can be “flipped” when worn from progressive use to another side, resharpened or replaced.
