  • Q How can I get after-sales service?

    A
    You can contact us by phone or email, we will certainly give you reply in 24 hours. You can show your questions or problems in the form of video or picture. It would be better for both of us to solve the problems quick and promptly. 
     

  • Q How can I visit your factory?

    A You can take plane to Nanjing Lukou international airport or take train to Wuxidong railway station. We will drive to pick you up to our factory and send you back after visiting.

  • Q What kind of shipping methods can you provide?

    A If client orders one small machine, we will pack with wooden box and deliver by LCL. If client orders big machine or more machines together, we will load into container and deliver to client's nearest port. 

  • Q Can you provide overseas service?

    A We BLMA can provide field installation, commissioning, training and mantenance for any clients from all over the world. Client only assume the accommodation, airfare and 150USD per day as salary for our engineer.
