In our last article, we have introduced the definition, characteristics, functions and process characteristics of the tube and pipe bender, which can help you to understand the pipe bender. on this basis, it is easier to understand the operation procedures and operational considerations of the pipe and tube bending machines. This paper introduces the use of the pipe tube bender from four directions: machine installation and debugging, method of use, matters needing attention and structure.
(1) installation note: it is equipped with three-phase 380V and 50HZ alternating current.
(2) please reserve enough working space for the machine around the pipe and tube bending machine.
(3) installation procedures
a. fix the machine to a firm ground
b. install the adjustable shockproof foot on the frame of the machine and adjust it to the level.
c. check the oil level height of the oil level agent and keep the hydraulic oil above 2/3 height of the oil level agent
d. make sure the yellow and green wires are grounded.
e. check that the running direction is clockwise after the motor starts. If it is the opposite, please switch the two-phase lines.
f. connect the water cooler inlet pipe to keep the operating oil temperature below 40-50 ℃, which can extend the service life of the machine and prevent oil leakage and other abnormal damage of the oil cylinder.
(1) refer to the operation manual of the electric oil pump.
(2) first screw the working oil cylinder into the internal thread of the square block, so that the wheel mounted on the bracket at the rear end of the oil cylinder is downward.
(3) Select the die head according to the outer diameter of the pipe being bent, put it on the plunger, place the grooves corresponding to the two rollers toward the die head, and then put them into the hole of the corresponding size of the flower plate. The bent pipe is inserted into the groove, and then the quick joint movable part at the end of the high-pressure oil pipe is pulled back and sleeved on the joint of the working oil cylinder, and the oil drain screw on the electric oil pump is tightened to bend the pipe. After bending the tube, loosen the drain screw and the plunger will automatically reset.
(1) refer to the operation manual of electric oil pump.
(2) do not remove quick connections when loading.
(3) this pipe and tube bending machines and tools are oil as the medium, must do a good job of oil and clean maintenance of this machine and tools, to avoid blockage or oil leakage, affect the use effect.
a. remove the retaining nut of bending die in a counterclockwise direction.
b. put in the bending die and lock the nut of the bending die
a. pull out clamping die to fix the centering shaft.
b. Insert the clamping die and then insert the fixed mandrel.
a. fix and loosen the clamping base, then put the control panel in manual mode and press the clamping button to the end of clamping action. (at this time, there should be a gap between the clamping dies of the wheel mold, the clamping seat can adjust the screw to adjust).
b. adjust the clamping screw to make the clamping die and the bending die completely close.
c. press the unclamping button to make the clamping die backward, and then rotate the clamping die adjusting screw clockwise about 1/2-1/4 turn.
d. Then tighten the clamping nut of clamping die base.
a. remove the guide die set screw and put the pressure die in.
b. just tighten the guide screw.
a. loosen the fixed nut of pressure die base, then put the control panel in manual mode, press the clamp button to the end of pressure die path (at this time, there must be a gap between the bending die and pressure die, you can use pressure die adjustment screw to adjust).
b. adjust the guide seat to adjust the screw so that bending die and pressure die completely close.
c. press or unclamp button, then turn the guide screw clockwise about 1/2-1/4 turn.
d. then tighten the fixing screw of the guide mold base.
a. place the mandrel into the piercing rod in a clockwise direction.
b. then fix the mandrel fixing screw.
(please note that the mandrel should match the bending direction of the bending pipe.)
