Many metal products are processed from steel plates, so what equipment is needed from raw materials to finished products? Let's take a look.

First of all, there are two types of raw materials: one is a flat plate, which is generally divided into several common lengths, such as 20m 12m 10m 8m 6m 2m and so on. When purchasing, you can choose the corresponding length according to your needs. The second is the coiled plate. Because some users consider the utilization ratio, the conventional size is a bit wasteful, and they will choose to buy the coiled plate. Because the coiled plate is curled by the entire steel strip, it is very long, and they decide how much to use each time. Therefore, to purchase the second material, it is necessary to add a piece of equipment before processing - a leveling machine. its role is to restore the curled shape caused by the coiled plate to be correct. The flattening machine for thin plates is relatively small and can be placed in the production line, while the flattening machine for medium and thick plates requires a large space. After the sheet is processed and unfolded by the leveling machine from the roller frame, it can be transported to the blanking equipment for processing, such as plasma cutting machine, laser cutting machine and other cutting equipment.
