The hydraulic shearing machine is an indispensable cutting machine for some large and medium-sized enterprises. It not only works quickly but also can help us save a lot of time. Daily maintenance

Primary maintenance


The hydraulic shearing machine tool is operated for three months for first-level maintenance, which is mainly carried out by operators and maintenance workers. According to the mechanical drawing plan, disassemble and inspect parts of the equipment, clean the specified parts, dredge the oil passages and pipelines, replace or clean the oil lines, felts, and oil filters, adjust the matching gaps of various parts of the equipment, and tighten all parts of the equipment. 

For primary maintenance, the time is 4-8h. After the first level maintenance is completed, a record should be made and the mechanical manufacturing and automation defects that have not been cleared should be noted. Workshop mechanics organize acceptance. The main purpose of first-level maintenance is to reduce equipment wear, eliminate hidden dangers, extend the service life of the equipment, and provide a guarantee for the completion of the production tasks during the next first-level maintenance.

Secondary maintenance


The secondary maintenance is mainly done by maintenance workers, with the participation of operators. The secondary maintenance is mainly hydraulic metal shear equipment inspection repair, replace or repair wear parts cleaning, perform partial disassembly inspection and repair of the equipment, oil change, inspection, and repair of electrical parts, so that the technical condition of the equipment fully meets the requirements of the specified equipment integrity standards. The time for secondary maintenance is about 7 days. In addition to the implementation of the content and requirements of the first-level maintenance, the following tasks should be done in the secondary maintenance.

a. User. Those with a strong sense of responsibility for machinery and equipment, high technical level, and rich practical experience should be selected in this type of work, and personnel should be kept unchanged as much as possible.

b. Maintenance personnel. A team of professional equipment maintenance personnel should be established to be responsible for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment and schedule adjustment.

c. Operating procedures. It should be divided into different models, and each unit should be staffed and operating procedures should be strictly implemented.

d. Spare parts. Determine the reserved quota according to the frequency, duration, and source of spare parts of the machine. Ensure that spare parts can be replaced if the accessories are damaged.
