Comparison of laser pipe cutting machine and saw blade pipe cutting machine

Laser pipe cutting machine can cut bevel angle with high cutting efficiency, whereas ordinary saw blade cutting machine can only cut bevel angle semi-automatically or manually with low production efficiency.

CNC Laser pipe cutting machine can cut various types of graphics on the pipe, such as square hole, round hole, special-shaped pattern, etc. With flying cutting function, it can make the cutting efficiency to be very high. However, ordinary pipe cutting machine only has a single cutting back function.

Fiber tube laser cutter can cut pipes with wide range thickness and diameter, while ordinary pipe cutting machine is limited by the saw blade, that only suitable for cutting pipe thickness less than 5mm, diameter less than 140mm.

Laser pipe cutting machine can cut shaped pipes, such as L-shaped steel, I-steel, U-shaped groove, whereas ordinary pipe cutting machine can not cut such.

CNC fiber laser tube cutting machine can cut a wider range of materials, such as carbon steel tubes, stainless steel tubes, copper tubes, aluminum tubes, etc.  For ordinary pipe cutting machine, users need to choose the corresponding pipe cutting machine based on hardness of the pipe, because not all types of metal materials can be cut as a matter of fact.

Small laser cutting slit could reduce material loss. Many advanced machines adopt multi-chuck drive, such a step almost achieve zero tail material.
