Firstly, put the upper tool of the hydraulic shearing machine to the bottom dead corner, then cut off the power of the machine tool, loosen the pipe of the leaking part to take out the damaged seal, and then apply a layer of butter in the joint groove, in order to install the new the seal in the groove. Thus, the pipe can be tightened then. Finally, the hydraulic shearing machine is filled with oil and reset and enters normal usage.
Check whether the forward and reverse rotations of the shear motor and the oil pump are correct.
Clean the spool of the safety relief valve of the shear.
Clean the two-position four-way solenoid valve of the hydraulic system of the shear.
Refill the oil once again of the shear.
Check whether there are signs of oil leakage at each connection part of the shear.
Check the nitrogen pressure in the accumulator of the shear (normal nitrogen pressure is 4-5MPa, please fill with nitrogen in time if it is lower than that).
Adjust the upper blade holder to zero by using the button of reducing the cutting angle, then remove the workbench guide plate to loose the screws that fix the lower blade, take out the lower blade in order, and loosen the screws that fix the upper blade, and take out the upper blade in order after that. Then turn each blade over, install the blade first, and then take out the blade. Check whether the interface between the blades is smooth and flat, and finally fix all the blade screws and install the guide plate.
Use the two buttons to increase and decrease the shearing angle, and place the upper and lower blades of the machine tool to overlap by 3-5mm, and adjust the minimum gap value.

After the adjustment, fill the machine with oil once, the upper tool post will automatically reset, and the key button will be set to the cutting position to enter normal usage.
