  1. strictly comply with the safety operation rules of machine tool workers, Preparing protective equipment according to the requirements.

  2. Before starting, thoroughly check that the motor is running. The circuit and grounding are normal and secure. And check whether the control part and buttons of the device are in the correct position.

  3. It is strictly forbidden to press the sheet at one end separately.

  4. Check the overlap and firmness of the upper and lower molds: check whether each positioning device meets the processing requirements.

  5. If the upper slide plate and each positioning axis are not in the origin state,remember to run the positioning program.

  6. After the equipment is started, idle for about 2 minutes and move on the slide for several times. If abnormal sound or fault is found, it is necessary to stop the machine immediately for troubleshooting.

  7. Adjust the stroke of the slider, the upper and lower die and bending pressure according to the thickness of the shape and size of the bending plate,When you select lower die size and work piece bending force must refer to the bending force table on the right side of the machine.

  8. When the clearance of upper and lower die is adjusted, the slider must stop at the top dead center. Clearance must be adjusted from large to small, upper and lower die clearance can be initially adjusted. The thickness can be about 1 mm larger than the thickness of the plate, and the clearance must be larger than the thickness of the plate to avoid crushing the mold due to the lack of clearance.

  9. The correct choice of bending mold, upper and lower mold should be tightened in the correct position, installation should prevent injury.

  10. When changing the opening of the multi-V die, do not allow any material to touch the lower die

  11. Do not work on one side and single point.

  12. When the sheet is bent, it must be compacted to prevent the sheet from warping and injury during bending

  13. Do not stack other unimportant things between upper and lower molds.

  14. When two or more people are needed to work together, one person must be designated to step on the foot switch, and the power must be turned off when leaving the machine.

  15. The maximum bending pressure bending part length should not be less than 1/3 of the length of the working table.

  16. While the machine is working. Standing at the back of the machine is prohibited.

17. If the work piece or mold is found to be incorrect during operation. The machine should be stopped for modification. It is strictly prohibited to make changes in the working process to prevent injury.

18. Folding over-thick iron plate or hardened steel plate or advanced alloy steel is prohibited. Square steel and sheet exceed the performance of the sheet bending machine to avoid damage to the machine.

19, during the working process, it is necessary to check whether the indication of the lower mold and pressure gauge meets the requirements

20. In case of abnormal shutdown, it is recommended to find professional personnel for inspection

21. After the work is finished, first exit the control system program, and then cut off the power supply to clean up the site
